Politicos give mixed reactions on Indians kidnapped in Iraq

New Delhi, June 19 (ANI): Political leaders on Thursday gave mixed reactions on 40 Indians kidnapped in Iraq during the ongoing crisis. NCP leader Tariq Anwar said that the government should have realized the situation earlier as the crisis was going on since a long time. CPI leader Atul Anjan stated that the Indian government should keep one of its airplanes at Baghdad Airport to help the Indians come back to their country. RJD leader Manoj Jha said that the new government should have taken the initial step of preventing the Indian nationals from being affected by Iraq crisis. Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar said that he has confidence in the Foreign Ministry that it will put in all possible efforts to rescue the Indians. Jun 19, 2014
