Jamshedpur, Dec 30 (ANI): The state of Jharkhand is known for its rich history, customs and traditions that contribute to its identity as one of the most culturally diverse states in the country. Despite the diversity of religions and cultures, there is amity between people of different faiths in the state. One such example can be found in Jamshedpur at Syed Misrin Shah's mausoleum who is famous by the name of Passport Baba as well. The uniqueness of his mausoleum is that people come here to seek blessings from the saint in order to get there passport in time. It attracts Hindu and Muslim devotees who visit the mausoleum, to pay obeisance to the Sufi saint, in large numbers. Dec 30, 2014

Three Railway Protection Force personnel killed in brawl among themselves

Howrah, Dec 25 (ANI): Three Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel were killed after they clashed with each other in West Bengal. Other personnel on duty informed that they heard rounds of firing but were unaware of the reason behind the clash. RPF Inspector General (IG), Binod Kumar Daka, said the matter was under investigation. The three deceased personnel have been identified as Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) J Yadav, two head constables Bhagwat Chowdhury and DK Singh. The RPF is an Indian Central Armed Police Force charged with protecting railways. Dec 25, 2014
