Varanasi, Sep 10 (ANI): Blame game began on Wednesday as musical instrument, 'shehnai', of shehnai maestro and receipt of country's highest civilian award 'Bharat Ratna', Ustad Bismillah Khan, went missing. According to the sons of the shehani maestro, the musical instrument went missing in 2009 and so far no report has been registered with the police. There has been a family dispute regarding Khan's property among his sons and nobody is aware about the things which the Ustad used to posses. Middle son of Khan, Kazim Hussain, said the shehnai was given to Naiyar Hussain, one of the sons of Khan. Sep 10, 2014

Taking a dig at Gandhi, Shah said that Digvijaya Singh is mistaken, Rahul's silence was not the reason for their loss, had he broken his silence, Congress would have failed to even get these 44 seats. RSS worker killed in Kerala's Kannur, state wide bandh cripples normal life

Nagpur/Kochi, Sept 02 (ANI): A local functionary of the RSS was hacked to death and another one suffered serious injuries in an attack allegedly by CP I (M) workers, near Kathirur in Kerala. The BJP and the RSS have called for a dawn-to-dusk hartal in the district on Tuesday in protest against the murder. Meanwhile, the day-long hartal disrupted normal life across the state. BCCI sidelines Fletcher, appoints Shastri as Director for England-India ODI series

New Delhi, Aug 19 (ANI): Following India's 3-1 Test series loss to England, the BCCI cracked the whip on Tuesday by sidelining team coach Duncan Fletcher and asking the bowling and fielding coaches to go on leave. It asked former Test cricketer and now commentator Ravi Shastri to assume charge of the team as director for the five match ODI series. The five-match ODI series against England will get underway in Bristol from August 25. The BCCI has relieved bowling coach Joe Dawes and fielding coach Trevor Penney off their duties for the one-day series and appointed Sanjay Bangar, former Indian all-rounder, and former India fast bowler Bharat Arun as assistant coaches of the team.
