Islamabad Court suspends Lakhvi's detention, Politicos question Pak's fight against terror

New Delhi, Dec 29 (ANI): Islamabad Court has suspended the detention of 26/11 Mumbai attacks accused Zaki ur Rehman Lakhvi, reportedly granting him bail. This has invited political reactions questioning the aim of Pakistan to fight against terror. BJP leaders Sambit Patra and GVL Narasimha Rao said that even after the recent Peshawar attack Pak government has not learnt a lesson. JD (U) Chief Sharad Yadav said that Pakistan cannot carry out any proceedings against the terrorists as it is always under the pressure of militant outfits. Condemning reactions flow after Hafiz Saeed referred as 'Saheb' in a UN letter

New Delhi, Dec 21 (ANI): India went fuming on Sunday after United Nations referred to 26/11 Mumbai attack master-mind Hafiz Saeed as 'Saheb' in a letter by UN Security Council. Congress leaders Manish Tewari and Rashid Alvi condemned this saying that UN should recognize terrorists who attack one country can be international terrorists. CPI leader D Raja said that UN Security Council will have to explain their act. CPI (M) leader Sitaram Yechury said that Indian representatives in the UN should have raised objection to it.
