Bengaluru, Dec 21 (ANI): More than 10,000 people participated in a midnight marathon, presently in its eighth edition, in India’s IT hub Bengaluru in Karnataka. The marathon saw runners of all age groups, professional athletes and enthusiastic runners, taking part in full enthusiasm. President of IT Rotary Club Bengaluru, Rajeev Unnikrishnan, said the purpose behind organizing the marathon is to raise funds for building toilets, infrastructure development of schools across the city and ‘Swachh Bengaluru’, which is in the backdrop of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Clean India Mission. New Delhi, Dec 18 (ANI): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday attended the ongoing parliament session in New Delhi. Banerjee is on a visit to the capital and said she was here to see President Pranab Mukherjee who is not well and also to congratulate her party members on Lok Sabha victory. She claimed that TMC is the only party which is not linked to any scam. Stylish Star ALLU ARJUN has kept his promise. The actor has donated Rs. 25 lakhs to the cyclone Hud-Hud through the CM Relief Funds. The actor was in Kockin when he heard about the news of the devastation in the coastal regions. Allu Arjun had announced that he would donate Rs. 20 lakhs and later added another 5 more lakhs after knowing about the full extent of the damage.
