Goa MLA says dress code for men necessary to maintain discipline on beaches

Panaji, Sep 03 (ANI): The MLA of Goa whose dress code statement created a controversy clarified his statement on Wednesday. Michael Lobo said that he did not want to impose any restrictions but wanted to maintain discipline on the beaches. He added that there is no discipline on beaches in Goa regarding costumes worn by men which makes tourists uncomfortable so he suggested the State government to make costumes compulsory for all tourists visiting the beaches.
