New Delhi, Aug 10 (ANI): Political leaders react as reports of Freedom fighter Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Atal Bihari Vajpayee and BSP founder Kanshi Ram being conferred with the Bharat Ratna are doing rounds. It is being said that the announcement regarding the same may be made as early as Independence Day by the NDA government. SC sets up special court for coal scam trial

New Delhi, July 25 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Friday appointed senior advocate R S Cheema as Special Public Prosecutor for trial in coal blocks allocation scam. An apex court bench headed by Chief Justice RM Lodha also approved the appointment of Additional Sessions Judge Bharat Parashar as a judge of the special CBI court that will conduct the trial in coal scam on a day-to-day basis. BSE closes points 72.06 down on July 10

New Delhi, July 10 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 72.06 points down to stand at 25,372.75. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 17.25 points down to stand at 7,567.75.DLF and IDFC were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 9.22% and 8.99% along with Prestige Estates and Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd. with an increase of 6.86% and 5.92% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include Bharat Electronics Ltd. and TITAN with a decrease of 6.10% and 5.76% along with Gitanjali Gems and Hero Moto Corp with a decrease of 5.73% and 3.99% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is down 140.27 points at 15,312.72 while the banking sector is down 107.21 points at 17,001.76 and the realty sector is up 95.03 points at 2,009.72.
