17 more Indian nurses stranded in Iraq return home

Kochi, July 23 (ANI): Seventeen more Indian nurses, who were stranded in Iraq, arrived in Kerala. The first flight of Jet Airways carried seven nurses and the second Etihad flight from Abu Dhabi carried 10 nurses. Most of them had to leave their respective jobs due to tense situation in Iraq. A nurse, Nithu, said they were made to stay in an isolated hotel where nobody spoke to them. Meanwhile, another nurse, Jimmy, said Indian Embassy helped in safe return of nurses. Jul 23, 2014
