BJP leader makes aerial survey of flood affected areas in Uttarakhand

Uttarakhand, Aug 21 (ANI): BJP leader Ajay Bhatt made an aerial survey by a chopper in the flood affected areas after a cloudburst worsened the situation in Uttarakhand. The heavy rains followed by a cloudburst have led to floods and landslides claiming more than 20 lives and causing immense damage of life and property in various parts of Uttarakhand. Uttarakhand CM says situation under control as rain wreak havoc in state

Dehradun, Aug 17 (ANI): Talking about the ongoing havoc created by incessant rain in Uttarakhand, state Chief Minister Harish Rawat said that the situation is under control and the government is doing all to provide possible help. Rawat said that people are coming for help in housing, water and education. He also confirmed that 22 lives are lost in the rain and expressed grief over the same. NDA slams Nitish-Lalu alliance ahead of JD (U)-RJD rally in Chhapra

Patna, Aug 17 (ANI): The National Democratic Alliance parties BJP and LJP on Sunday slammed the alliance of Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad Yadav in Bihar ahead of JD (U)-RJD rally in Chhapra.
