Rajouri, Sep 15 (ANI): Road repair in Kashmir made rapid progress as people stranded in the flood waters in Rajouri district awaited desperately for access to food and medicine. Authorities of Border Road Organisation (BRO) worked on a war footing to revive the roads damaged by landslide and facilitate communication with the rest of the state. Appeal Central govt to increase coal supply in UP for power generation: Akhilesh

Lucknow, Sep 10 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday said that the state requires more coal supply for power generation to solve its power and electricity crisis spread across the state. IAF evacuates more than 2200 people from flood hit J&K, working to supply relief materials

New Delhi, Sep 09 (ANI): IAF Spokesperson Group Captain Gerard Galway on Tuesday said that the force have evacuated more than 2200 people from flood hit Jammu & Kashmir, including 800 who have been winched up. Galway said that a total of 50 aircraft and 30 helicopters are providing relief materials in the affected region and is working for the rescue of the stranded people.
