New Delhi, Oct 12 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Nobel Peace Prize winner Kailash Satyarthi. Prime Minister Modi congratulated him warmly on winning the award as Satyarthi expressed his "keenness" to contribute to the PM's projects like "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan" and "Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana". He also expressed his commitment towards a child-labour free India. Prime Minister Modi also shared with Satyarthi his views on the use of social media and internet for tracking missing children. The enthusiastic fans in Allahabad city, also the hometown of the actor, said that they wish that their idol celebrates more and more birthdays and he keeps making good films for the people. The fans have formed various fan clubs and committees for their favourite idol. Prayag Service Committee is one of such kind. Gauri Shankar Malviya is another fan who has collected the movies and posters of the megastar in Bhopal. He has formed a committee called Big B Fans Service Committee. Bachchan quit his job as a Calcutta freight broker for films and earned recognition in the 1970s after playing a Dirty Harry-style cop in the ground-breaking movie, 'Zanjeer'. Congratulations and wishes pour in for Nobel Peace Prize awardee Kailash Satyarthi

New Delhi, Oct 11 (ANI): Communications and IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and anti-graft activist Kiran Bedi led the chorus of those congratulating child rights advocate Kailash Satyarthi, who won the Nobel Peace Prize along with Pakistani teenaged activist Malala Yousafzai. Satyarthi, 60, founded Bachpan Bachao Andolan in 1980 and has acted to protect the rights of 80,000 children. Moments after being announced the winner of the coveted prize, Satyarthi dedicated the honour to all those children who are still suffering in slavery, bonded labor and trafficking and thanked those who had been supporting him for more than three decades.
