Himachal Pradesh/ New Delhi, Jan 14 (ANI): Enduring cold wave enveloping north India with icy winds sweeping through most parts and mercury plummeting by several notches has brought more trouble for the homeless living on the streets. Biting cold wave forces people to stay indoors within the warmer confines of their houses. However, homeless living on streets of New Delhi say that harsh cold wave conditions have added to their troubles as the state government has not been able to provide alternatives to fight the chill. Dense fog, biting cold and icy winds magnified the agony of daily commuters in Bhopal which woke up to foggy roads making it almost impossible to drive through. Glaring headlights too were of little help as people tried to make way to their office and desired destinations on Saturday.
