Her husband Thomas Cohen was seen leaving the inquest in Gravesend, not far from where the couple lived with their two young sons. Fatal levels of the drug were found in her system along with traces of codeine and morphine. Peaches’ mother Paula Yates suffered a similar fate in 2000 when she too died of a heroin overdose at the age of 41.
