Ludhiana, Dec 12 (ANI): Top Pakistani Islamic cleric and a key figure in a pro-Taliban alliance in Pakistan's Parliament, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, on his visit to Punjab, called upon the need to foster strong relations between New Delhi and Islamabad. He said both the nations have to improve the relations through dialogue and not by picking up arms.
