TMC blames government for blast in West Bengal

Kolkata, Oct 12 (ANI): Trinamool Congress (TMC) party blamed the Central government for the blast in West Bengal, saying the intrusion of members of extremist groups into the state led to the incident. Two suspected militants were killed and one sustained injuries in an explosion at a TMC leader's house in Burdwan district on October 2. TMC leader Partha Chatterjee said that the Central government is not serious and competent enough to depute border guards and that is why illegal migrants are intruding into West Bengal. He also said the wing of ruling BJP and Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) are disrupting the peaceful situation in the state to reap political benefits. After chairing the first meeting of the Task Force for Cable Digitization for phases three and four, Javadekar said that the viewers should get the benefits of digitalization, with high quality picture at affordable prices.
