He also said that one of the main focuses of the 'Swachh Bharat' campaign is to provide toilets for everyone so that people stop defecating in the open. Swachh Bharat Abhiyan which was launched by Modi on Thursday aims to create a clean India by 2019 by eliminating the unhealthy practice of open defecation.
