New Delhi, Nov 11 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 35.33 points up to stand at 27,910.06. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 18.40 points up to stand at 8,362.65. AMTEKAUTO and HCC were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 16.91 and 8.50% along with JAIN IRRIGATION SYSTEMS LTD. and POLARIS with an increase of 7.74% and 7.24% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include KAILASH and FSL with a decrease of 9.90% and 4.98% along with SREI INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE LTD. and BAJAJ ELECTRICALS LTD. with a decrease of 4.68% and 4.35% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 124.47 points at 18,400.40 while the banking sector is up 145.18 points at 19,894.58 and the reality sector is up 17.25 points at 1,657.44. New Delhi 4th Most Dangerous City In World For Women On Public Transport: Survey

New Delhi, 05 Nov (ANI) : New Delhi has been named the fourth most dangerous city in the world for women travelling on public transport according to a new survey.The survey was carried out by Thomson Reuters Foundation and focused on sexual harassment on public transportation systems in the world's largest cities.Women were required to answer six questions relating to their safety: how safe they felt travelling alone at night; the risk of being verbally harassed by men; the risk of being groped or subjected to other forms of physical harassment; trust that other passengers would assist a woman being physically or verbally abused; and trust in authorities to investigate reports of sexual harassment or violence. New Delhi, Nov 5 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 55.50 points up to stand at 27,915.88. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 14.15 points up to stand at 8,338.30. BHUSHAN STEEL LTD. and HEXAWARE were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 9.98% and 9.89% along with MAX and MANAPPURAM with an increase of 7.58% and 5.76% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include IPCALAB and PIIND with a decrease of 10.55% and 6.62% along with MONSANTO INDIA LTD and JAIN IRRIGATION SYSTEMS LTD. with a decrease of 5.31% and 5.25% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 8.39 points at 18,423.81 while the banking sector is up 276.92 points at 19,872.26 and the reality sector is down 6.12 points at 1,603.32.
