Srinagar, Sep 04 (ANI): A young entrepreneur in Srinagar established brisk business across various states as he started online sale of packed traditional Kashmiri cuisine (Wazwan) comprising a choice of 25 non vegetarian dishes. Wazwan is a traditional Kashmiri multi cuisine mostly comprising non vegetarian dishes and relished in Kashmir over centuries. Encouraged by the popularity of Wazwan not just in the valley but across all other states, Mehraj set up a shopping portal where it is made available online. The delicacies are delivered in special air tight packing of tins, which is being done in order to prolong their shelf life. The rates have also been kept reasonable for the common man. Sep 4, 2014

Congress criticizes BJP for hiking diesel prices

New Delhi, Aug 31 (ANI): Congress leader Rashid Alvi on Sunday criticized the government for increasing the price of diesel and said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) used to protest against the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) when fuel prices were hiked during their regime. Yesterday, the prices of petrol were cut by Rs 1.82 per litre while diesel prices were hiked by 50 paise per litre. The rates of non-subsidized LPG were also reduced by 19 rupees per cylinder.
