Sopore, Oct 28 (ANI): Police busted a militant module by arresting two members in Jammu and Kashmir, said a senior officer. Superintendent of Police, Abdul Qayoom, said the module was set up by Pakistan-based militant outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba and used to provide logistics to the extremists in Sopore district. Militants have been frequently attacking security bases in Kashmir since the 1990s, when there was a full-blown insurgency against Indian rule in a region over which India and Pakistan fought two of their three wars.
