New Delhi, Feb 21 (ANI): The winter session of 15th Lok Sabha ends on Friday with a positive speech by the Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde. The day began with union minister Jairam Ramesh walking up to BJP leader Venkaiah Naidu, with a handwritten thank you note for helping to pass the controversial bill creating Telangana as 29th state in the Rajya Sabha. The Lok Sabha was at its most peaceful when members assembled for farewell speeches. Shinde went out to compliment the opposition and BJP leader Sushma Swaraj, who accepted it with a smile.
