New Delhi, Nov 28 (ANI): Hitting back at Law Minister Kapil Sibal, BJP spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad on Thursday said that Sibal cannot have a debate with the BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi. Prasad further said that Sibal can have a debate with him if he wants. Earlier in the day, Sibal had slammed Modi for praising himself and making tall claims about Gujarat's model of development.
