Politicos react sharply as Syed Salahuddin invites Taliban and Al Qaeda to liberate Kashmir

New Delhi, July 16 (ANI): Politicos on Wednesday reacted sharply after reports emerged that United Jihad Council chief Syed Salahuddin has called for support from al-Qaeda or Taliban to 'liberate' Kashmir. Attempting to link the separatist violence in the Indian state with pan-Islamic jihad in Syria and Iraq, Salahuddin has declared that help from Al-Qaeda, Taliban or any other like-minded group or country would be welcome. Indian politicians have however, said that appropriate action would be taken against people who try to indulge in violence inside the country. Jul 16, 2014
