New Delhi, Jan 08 (ANI): Reactions flowed on Thursday after Vishwa Hindu Parishad used a morphed image of actress Kareena Kapoor to highlight the issue of Love Jihad in its magazine. NCP leader Majid Memon, JD (U) leader Ali Anwar and CPI leader Atul Anjan condemned the issue and said that a person's private life should not be highlighted on an issue like Love Jihad without her consent. Chief of All India Imam Organisation, Umer Ahmed Ilyasi said that if anyone marries willingly it should not be considered as an issue of Love Jihad. Time for Shashi Tharoor to speak the truth: Swamy

New Delhi, Jan 08 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy on Thursday said it is now time for former union minister and Congress leader Shashi Tharoor to speak the truth in the case of her wife Sunanda Pushkar Tharoor's death. According to reports, Delhi Police had earlier on Wednesday issued a legal notice to Shashi Tharoor asking him to join the murder probe of his wife Sunanda Pushkar at the earliest. Delhi's Police Commissioner BS Bassi had said on Wednesday that a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to carry forward the probe in the case. Gandhinagar, Jan 07 (ANI): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj inaugurated the Youth Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in Gandhinagar on Wednesday by lighting the ceremonial lamp. Swaraj while speaking at the event invited the 'young pravasis' to come and contribute to India's growth. Swaraj also talked about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's policies of 'Make in India', 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' among others.
