New Delhi, Feb 26 (ANI): After Supreme Court ordered that fatwas issued by Muslim clerics cannot be forced on people and that state has to protect persons harassed for the same, muslim politicos welcomed the move. Former Samajwadi Party leader Shahid Siddiqui said that fatwa is an opinion and there is no obligation to it. Infiltration by militants under control in Kashmir: Army

Srinagar, Uri Feb 23 (ANI): The beefed up vigil and strict measures taken by security forces have succeeded in controlling infiltration by militants in Jammu and Kashmir, said a senior Army officer. Lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh said that elimination of top militants has made a major difference to their activities in the valley. Earlier, a huge cache was recovered by a joint team of army during a search operation launched in the Kamal Kote area of Uri town in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir.
