New Delhi/ Lucknow, Dec 27 (ANI): Different faiths on Saturday condemned Bajrang Dal for introducing 'Bahu lao-Beti bachao' ideology and said that the nation will not accept such communalism in any way. Father Dominic said that Bajrang Dal and VHP has no work other than creating communal tensions and that they are trying to take away freedom of people. He also said that these groups should be made to understand that India is not a fascist state and such things will not be tolerated. Meanwhile, Muslim cleric and Shahi Imam also condemned the same and said that such issues are degrading BJP. PM Modi visits Vajpayee's residence on his 90th birthday

New Delhi, Dec 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday visited Atal Bihari Vajpayee's residence and greeted the former PM on his 90th birthday. Modi said there is no bigger tribute to Vajpayee than celebrating his birthday as "Good Governance Day". Modi visited Vajpayee along with BJP President Amit Shah and other union leaders. PM Modi to visit Varanasi today for 'Good Governance Day'

New Delhi, Dec 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting his Parliamentary constituency Varanasi on Thursday to observe ' Good Governance Day ' on the birthday of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The Prime Minister will also be visiting Banaras Hindu University to garland the statue of Bharat Ratna winner, educationist, great social worker and freedom fighter Mahamana Madan Mohan Malviya on his birth anniversary and then will drive to Assi Ghat to inspect cleanliness programme started by him during his previous visit to Varanasi. Elaborate security arrangements have been made for the visit. MDMK demands files on Subhas Chandra Bose to be 'declassified'

Chennai, Dec 24 (ANI): MDMK took to streets in Tamil Nadu to demand central government to declassify files related to the disappearance of freedom fighter Subhas Chandra Bose. MDMK led by party Chief Vaiko and another regional party Trinamool Congress (TMC) held a joint protest saying the inquiry report on the leader's death must be made public. Reportedly, there are several files which have been categorised as Secret and Classified relating to issues like acquisition of Jankinath Bhavan (now leaders birth place museum) by the then government of Odisha, the appointment of inquiry committee to review the circumstances of Boses death and his mortal remains kept in Rankoji temple in Japan.
