Volvo plans to test self-driving cars in China using local drivers

Volvo aims to launch an experiment involving self-driving cars in China in which up to 100 such cars could be deployed, the Swedish automaker said on 7 April. The planned experiment will see local drivers test the cars on public roads in everyday conditions, Volvo said. British actor Daniel Craig called for more funding for UNMAS, the UN agency that efforts to rid the world of bombs and mines, on 4 April, the International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action.
