The capital city, an amalgamation of people from almost all the Indian states, is witnessing a too-close-to-call fight between BJP and AAP, which captured people's imagination with its promise of corruption free rule. Congress party, which ruled the capital for the past 15 years, has been reduced to a fringe player amid seething anger over a slew of corruption scandals that tainted its last stay in power.
