He said the challenges before media were to ensure quality and credibility while reporting. Jaitley also advised media to avoid conducting parallel trials in reporting matters that were subjudice. Fadnavis calls Mumbai marathon a festival to celebrate spirit of freedom

Mumbai, Jan 18 (ANI): The 2015 edition of the Mumbai Marathon started on Sunday in which around 40,000 people took part. The marathon started at 5:40 am. This year's edition of the marathon will both start and finish at the Azad Maidan sports ground in South Mumbai. The marathon will bring together thousands of long-distance runners, senior citizens, physically challenged participants and amateur runners. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Sunday said that the Mumbai marathon which takes place every year is a festival where people celebrate the spirit of freedom.
