New Delhi, Feb 13 (ANI): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday accepted that it had failed to gauge the pulse of the people and vowed to extend all cooperation to the Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi. The office bearers and district presidents of the Delhi BJP held a review meeting in the national capital to discuss the future course of action in wake of the debacle in the assembly elections. Rajkot, Feb 13 (ANI): Local authorities in Gujarat have demolished the temple built to worship Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Hundreds of Modi's followers in Rajkot donated funds for a temple that featured a seated statue of Modi and was topped with a wind gauge shaped like a lotus, the symbol of his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Earlier on Thursday Modi had said he was appalled that some of his supporters had built a temple to worship him, adding that such an act contradicted tradition. Modi's reaction had unnerved some of those involved in the temple project and one of the men who donated funds for temple building, Ramesh Undhad, had said the followers would now dedicate the temple to 'Mother India'. Modi temple in Gujarat draws supporters

Rajkot, Feb 11 (ANI): People of Rajkot city thronged a temple dedicated to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The temple in Kothariya village is drawing supporters of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from neighbouring villages also. It took around two years to build the temple and initially had a photograph of Modi. It rose to prominence after Modis win in general elections last year. Ramesh Undhad, who donated funds for temple building, said it took nearly four years to get Modis idol made. Undhad added that fans considered Modi as second Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, one of Indias most looked-up statesmen.
