Singapore President meets Sushma Swaraj in New Delhi

New Delhi, Feb 09 (ANI): Singapore President Tony Tan Keng Yam met Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj in New Delhi on Monday. Yam arrived in national capital on Sunday on a four-day visit to commemorate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries. President Yam, who is accompanied by his wife Mary Tan, will also inaugurate an exhibition, "The Peranakan World: Cross-Cultural Art from Singapore and the Malacca Straits" at the national museum in New Delhi. As per media reports, Yam will also launch the Singapore-India Commemorative Book published by the Institute of South Asian Studies. Meanwhile, Yam and his wife also laid floral wreath at memorial of iconic freedom fighter, Mahatma Gandhi, at Rajghat. Feb 9, 2015

Mushaal Malik blamed India for the violence in Pakistan's troubled Balochistan province. Kashmir Day, or Kashmir Solidarity Day, is celebrated in Pakistan on February 5 every year, to express Pakistan's support and unity with the people of 'Indian-controlled Kashmir' and their ongoing freedom struggle. It is an internationally-recognized day observed by people, predominantly Kashmiris, not only throughout Pakistan and Pakistani Kashmir (Azad Kashmir), but also worldwide wherever Kashmiris reside. AVAM threatens to stage protest from Feb 05, says AAP doesn't believe in freedom of expression

New Delhi, Feb 03 (ANI): AAP Volunteer Action Manch (AVAM) on Tuesday while addressing a press conference stated that it would file a complaint against AAP with Election Commission, Enforcement Directorate and Reserve Bank of India. AVAM also accused political outfit of disrespecting Right to Freedom of Expression and especially denying the Right to Freedom of Expression to its volunteers and ex-volunteers. AVAM added that it has also decided to stage a protest against AAP from February 05.
