Israeli-Gaza Border, Aug 09 (ANI): Israeli tanks gathered on the border with Gaza on Saturday as a brief three-day peace crumbled on Friday after militants in Gaza fired dozens of rockets at Israel and Israeli forces responded with their own salvos. Israel launched more than 20 aerial attacks in Gaza early on Saturday and militants fired several rockets at Israel in a second day of violence since a failure to extend an Egyptian-mediated truce that halted a monthlong war earlier this week. Bihar govt ready with all measures water level increases in Kosi River: Vijay Chaudhary

Patna, Aug 03 (ANI): As a flood like situation arose in Bihar with the increase in water level in the River Kosi, state Water Resources Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary said that all safety measures are undertaken. He said that he along with the state Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi will visit the spot to take the aerial view of the situation. Chaudhary also said that the Nepal government is ready to help in whatever way they can to free the flow of water. The state government has so far evacuated 20,000 people living along the embankment of the Kosi River as a 10-metre high wall of water is expected to sweep down the river from Nepal soon, officials said.
