New Delhi, Nov 30 (ANI): A Goa court, hearing Tehelka founder-editor Tarun Tejpal's anticipatory bail petition, has adjourned the hearing till 4.30pm on Saturday. Meanwhile, Tejpal, who was present in court with his family, told the judge through his lawyer that he is ready to surrender his passport to avoid arrest. Tarun Tejpal gets interim relief till 2:30 PM

Panaji, Nov 29 (ANI): Tehelka sexual assault case accused Tarun Tajpal’s lawyer confirmed that Goa sessions court gave interim relief to Tejpal till 2:30 PM and that they are hopeful to get bail soon. She said that now that the court has given him interim protection, police should stop hounding Tejpal. Pradeep Sharma files criminal defamation case against Madhu Kishwar

Ahmedabad, Nov 28 (ANI): Suspended Gujarat IAS officer Pradeep Sharma filed criminal defamation case against writer Madhu Kishwar over her controversial tweet, 'falsely' linking Sharma with the woman allegedly stalked by Gujarat government. Sharma had earlier dashed off a defamation notice which was supposed to be responded to within 48 hours.
