Surat, Oct 6 (ANI): Fresh sexual assault complaints have been registered against controversial self-styled godman Asaram Bapu and his son Narayan Sai. Surat Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana informed that two sisters have accused the duo of abusing them. According to Asthana, allegations have also been made against the controversial guru's wife, Lakshmi, and his daughter, Bharti, that they both helped Asaram and Narayan Sai in committing these acts. He further said that the complaint against Narayan Sai has been registered at Jhangirpura police station in Surat, while the one against his father Asaram has been transferred to Ahmedabad as the alleged incident happened there. Asaram, 75, was arrested in August on charges of sexually assaulting a minor girl and has been in prison at Jodhpur in Rajasthan since then. Oct 6, 2013

New Delhi, Oct 06 (ANI): In fresh trouble for controversial self-styled godman Asaram Bapu, an FIR has been registered by two sisters from Surat against the spiritual guru and his son Narayan Sai. According to the FIR, Asaram raped the elder sister at Ahmadabad Ashram and his son raped the younger one in Surat between 2002 and 2004. Surat police commissioner Rakesh Asthana has said that there is a possibility of Narayan Sai's arrest. Asaram, 75, was arrested in August on charges of sexually assaulting a schoolgirl and has been in prison in Jodhpur in Rajasthan since then. Shilpi, one of his key aides and the warden of Asaram's 'ashram' in Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh where the alleged sexual assault took place, too has been arrested and sent to judicial custody. New Delhi, Oct 3 (ANI): Even as JD (U) suspended two Lok Sabha MPs, Jai Narayan Nishad and Purnmasi Ram, from the party for six years on charge of engaging in anti-party activities, JD (U) leader Sabir Ali said that anti-party activities by anyone will not be tolerated by party. Both the leaders were for some time making statements against party leaders, including Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
