Dhaka, Nov 08 (ANI): Former Bangladesh Prime Minister Khaleda Zia said that a dialogue over demand of election-time government could not be held because of government's reluctance to engage in talks with the opposition. Addressing her supporters through video-conferencing on Thursday, Zia said that she hoped that the government rolls back its decision on forming an all-party election time government.
