Earlier, Hagel met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Defence Minister Arun Jaitley and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj to hold discussions to strengthen military ties between the United States and India. New Delhi, Aug 01 (ANI): Nepalese Commerce Minister Sunil Bahadur Thapa met his Indian counterpart Nirmala Sitharaman in New Delhi ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the Himalayan country.
