BJP leader makes aerial survey of flood affected areas in Uttarakhand

Uttarakhand, Aug 21 (ANI): BJP leader Ajay Bhatt made an aerial survey by a chopper in the flood affected areas after a cloudburst worsened the situation in Uttarakhand. The heavy rains followed by a cloudburst have led to floods and landslides claiming more than 20 lives and causing immense damage of life and property in various parts of Uttarakhand. Meanwhile, Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Harish Rawat assured adequate food supplies to the affected people and said the government was trying its best to do the needful. Aug 21, 2014
