Nagpur, Sep 21 (ANI): As the UP government issued an order that prevented 'BJP politicians' to visit the riot-hit Muzaffarnagar and still the Congress ministers are allowed to visit the area, BJP leader Prakash Javadekar said that the leaders of Samajwadi party are responsible for Muzaffarnagar riots.
