Pakistan to pay unaffordable price for their adventurism: Arun Jaitley

New Delhi, Oct 9 (ANI): Defence Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday, while addressing a press conference, said that if Pakistan continuous with the ceasefire violations at the Line of Control and the international border, then the Indian forces would make this act of Pakistan unaffordable for them. He further said that the ceasefire violations by Pakistan rangers were unprovoked and though India is never an aggressor but it has a paramount duty to defend its people and territory. Arun Jaitley discharged from AIIMS

New Delhi, Oct 06 (ANI): Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has been discharged from the government-run AIIMS hospital in Delhi where he was admitted last week to recover from an infection that followed a stomach operation to treat diabetes. Jaitley, who doubles up as Defence Minister, was kept at an isolation ward at AIIMS. He was taken there after he had complained of respiratory problems following his stay in a private hospital where he was readmitted for post surgery check up. He had undergone diabetes management surgery on September 2. Meanwhile, talking about the series of ceasefire violation by Pakistani rangers along Indo- Pak border which killed at least four people, Jaitley said that India's Armed forces and paramilitary forces are fully ready and they are responding to each of the provocations effectively. New Delhi, Sep 18 (ANI): Chinese President Xi Jinping was given a ceremonial reception at the Rashtrapati Bhawan in New Delhi on Thursday. Jinping was received in a grand welcome ceremony followed by the Guard of Honour. He then met President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other union ministers including Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
