New Delhi, Jan 14 (ANI): The Patiala House Court in 2013 had indicted Lawyer and AAP leader, Somnath Bharti for tampering with evidence along with his client Pawan Kumar in a corruption case. Speaking on the same, Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said that they are ready to share the evidence which was found during their sting operation against the bank, and also added that no evidence was tampered with. Cabinet approves BWA spectrum refund to BSNL and MTNL

New Delhi, Jan 10 (ANI): The Cabinet approved a proposal to refund state-run telecom companies for surrender of broadband wireless access (BWA) spectrum. The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and the Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) did not take part in the 2010 spectrum auction. Both the BSNL and the MTNL surrendered their spectrum and sought refunds of payments made. Asaram s wife and daughter investigated, arrested and released on bail

Ahmedabad, Dec 23 (ANI): The police arrested self-styled godman Asaram's daughter Bharti and wife Lakshmi in the case of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in his hermitage. The two had conceded that they supplied girls to Asaram. However, they were later released on bail. During the interrogation, Bharti and Lakshmi admitted that the girls were sent to Asaram on the pretext of 'Gurudiksha'. The 75-year-old Asaram was arrested in August and has remained in prison since then.
