First female master tailor opens shop on Londons Savile Row

Kathryn Sargent made history on 6 April by becoming the first female master tailor to open her own shop in Londons prestigious Savile Row. After being trained at Royal tailor Gieves and Hawkes for 15 years, where she also broke ground by becoming the first female head cutter, her journey came full circle when she opened the doors to her own store on the iconic street, which has traditionally been dominated by men in its near 200-year association with tailoring. Hong Kong man builds Scarlett Johannson lookalike robot

Like innumerable children with imaginations fired by animated films, Hong Kong product and graphic designer Ricky Ma grew up watching cartoons featuring the adventures of robots, and dreamed of building his own one day.
