VENICE The wedding bells have rung and women are weeping. Ultimate bachelor George Clooney married his ladylove, Amal Alamuddin after a three-day weekend wedding in Venice, Italy. The two- time Oscar winning actor and the human-rights lawyer tied the knot in a private ceremony at a 16th-century palazzo as guests were ferried by private water taxi’s up Venice's Grand Canal. A-list celebrities reportedly attending included Matt Damon, Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber who was George’s best man, Emily Blunt and her husband John Kransinski and Bill Murray. The world's most famous bachelor, George Clooney, who got married to human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin, is now a wedded man. The wedding which turned Venice's Grand Canal into an aquatic red carpet as star-studded festivities was a private ceremony. Clooney's celebrity pals joined the couple to celebrate the ceremony in the romantic destination of Venice.
