Greenpeace Foundation rejects Intelligence Bureau's allegations

New Delhi, June 11 (ANI): The Greenpeace Foundation on Wednesday refuted allegations of negatively impacting the economic growth of the country, leveled by the Intelligence Bureau (IB) in its report submitted to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO). Bharti Sinha, Communications Director of Greenpeace Foundation, said that Greenpeace has been active in India for the past ten years. It has supported and fought for the people whose voices have been subdued. BSE closes points 3.48 up on June 10

New Delhi, June 10 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 3.48 points up to stand at 25,583.69. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 1.80 points up to stand at 7,656.40. TTK Prestige and Gitanjali Gems were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 13.50% and 9.43% along with Essar Oil and Bharti Infratel with an increase of 8.41% and 6.51% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include Sobha Developers Ltd. and Pipavav Defence with a decrease of 5.94% and 4.95% along with Shree Cement and Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. with a decrease of 4.78% and 4.73% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 2.91 points at 15,436.87 while the banking sector is down 135.69 points at 17,681.67 and the realty sector is down 66.89 points at 2,189.12. New Delhi, June 06 (ANI): Minister for water resources and river development, Uma Bharti, along with minister for rural development, panchayati raj and sanitation, Nitin Gadkari, on Friday stressed upon the future course of action that they are planning to undertake for the cleaning of holy river Ganga. Bharti said her focus is to establish a model for quick and effective action to save the river Ganga that could also be implemented on other rivers that need to be revived.
