New Delhi, Dec 12 (ANI): Minister of Defence and National Security of the Republic of Maldives, Mohamed Nazim, arrived in India with an aim to strengthen bilateral defence cooperation between the two nations. Defence Minister of Maldives arrived in India on December 11 and is scheduled to be here till December 15. On Thursday, Nazim paid a visit to India Gate and offered tribute to the deceased soldiers at the Amar Jawan Jyoti. Nazim was also accorded the Guard of Honour and met Defence Minister of India, AK Antony. When asked about the bilateral defence cooperation between India and Maldives, Antony seemed satisfied.
