TMC stages protest outside Parliament over black money issue

New Delhi, March 02 (ANI): TMC leaders yet again came out in protest against the NDA government over black money issue. The party workers carrying a black basket as prop, staged protest against the government outside the Parliament. Shouting anti government slogans with banners reading 'Bring back black money', the party leaders slammed the centre for just making speeches and not acting on the same. Meanwhile, Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar said that the TMC should first answer on the Saradha scam before protesting over black money. Visitors welcome finance minister's move to resurrect historical tombs

Hyderabad, March 02 (ANI): Visitors to historic Quli Qutb Shahi Tombs complex in Hyderabad welcomed Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's proposal for providing financial help for restoration work of the tombs. Jaitley, in his budget speech on Saturday said that heritage sites were "still deficient and needed restoration, interpretation centres and plans for benefitting communities around them" and resources for the same would be provided to the Quli Qutb Shahi Tombs and eight other heritage sites in the country. A tourist, Nafisa, said that a little help from the government could go a long way in restoring the glory of these tombs. Jaitley's announcement gains significance as Qutb Tombs along with other popular heritage sites including Charminar and Golconda Fort are vying for UNESCO World Heritage Site tag.
