New Delhi, Oct 27 (ANI): Congress on Sunday condemned the serial blasts that took place ahead of BJP's Hunkar rally on Sunday in Patna and said that there has been a big security lapse. At least five people were killed and more than 50 were injured when a series of blasts rocked Patna.
