Anand, June 14 (ANI): Six people were killed and 11 injured after a jeep carrying labourers collided with a truck in Anand district of Gujarat. Among the injured, three are in a critical state and they have been admitted to the hospital. The dead include three women and children. His statement came when senior Congress leader Anand Sharma raised the issue of tweet messages against Army Chief-designate Suhag by Gen (Retd) VK Singh. Jaitley said in Rajya Sabha that the previous UPA government had made the appointment few weeks ago and it is a practice that some issues should be kept outside the "realm of inter-party politics". Kejriwal agrees to furnish personal bond, his petition to be heard on 31st Jul

New Delhi, May 27 (ANI): Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday has agreed to furnish the personal bond as suggested by the Court in the hearing regarding Nitin Gadkari’s defamation case. Kejriwal’s lawyer Prashant Bhushan stated that the High Court has agreed to hear his petition on 31st July and in the mean time proposed him to furnish the bond and get released from jail. He also said that Kejriwal agreed to furnish the bond pending the final outcome of the case. Meanwhile, Gadkari’s lawyer Pinky Anand said that Kejriwal did not intend to stay in jail and had to furnish the bond as he had no choice. She added that the Court will hear his petition on July 31.
