New Delhi, Oct 11 (ANI): After controversial UP leader Raghuraj Pratap Singh or 'Raja Bhaiya' returned as a minister in the Akhilesh Yadav government, Congress spokesperson Raj Babbar said that the whole of UP is burning in the flames of communalism and corruption and that SP government is only interested in its vote bank.
