Midnight curfew in Charlotte after three nights of rioting

The city of Charlotte, North Carolina, imposed a midnight curfew on 22 September 2016 after three nights of riots triggered by the police shooting of a black man. Keith Scott was shot dead by a black officer as police searched for a different man with an outstanding warrant.
