Traders hail increased trade between India and Pakistan

Poonch, Oct 31 (ANI): Indian and Pakistani traders hailed cross-border trade between both the countries, which has crossed rupees 10 billion mark. India and Pakistan had announced new Confidence Building Measures (CBM), including increase in number of trading points along the Line of Control (LoC), when the foreign ministers of the two countries had met in New Delhi in 2011. Govt to submit list of black money holders under sealed cover to SC: Pinky Anand

New Delhi, Oct 29 (ANI): Additional Solicitor General of India, Pinky Anand said on Wednesday that the Government will submit a list of black money holders to the Supreme Court under its directions. She said that the names shall be given under a sealed cover and not be made public. Nithari Case: SC rejects Surinder Kolis plea for review of death sentence

New Delhi, Oct 28 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed Nithari Case convict Surinder Koli’s plea for review of death sentence. Lawyer Pinky Anand said that review petition was filed by the convict on the ground that his confession was under torture & not voluntary.
