SC's inaction against AK Ganguly will have implications on silent victims: Annie Raja

New Delhi, Dec 07 (ANI): Talking about the sexual harassment case against Former Supreme Court Judge AK Ganguly, National Federation of Indian Women General Secretary Annie Raja said that the Supreme Court is not taking due action against Ganguly which can have implications on many silent victims. She said that even after the apex court constituted investigating committee said that there were impropriety and indecency from the part of Ganguly, the court is numb on the case. New Delhi, Dec 6 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 81.87 points up to stand at 21,039.68. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 18.80 points up to stand at 6,259.90. Oriental Bank and Tata Power were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 8.01% and 6.35% along with Amara Raja and UCO Bank with an increase of 5.00% and 4.92% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. and Gujarat State Petronet Ltd. with a decrease of 2.39% and 2.11% along with Future Retail and Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. with a decrease of 2.09% and 1.84% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 50.23 points at 12,292.04, while the banking sector is up 133.56 points at 13,431.82 and the realty sector is up 4.22 points at 1,367.04.
